Under Contract!!
I just got a call from our realtor telling us that buyers accepted our counter offer and we're under contract to sell our house! We just don't know what house to buy now that T & A's house went under contract with other buyers a couple weeks ago! CRAZY! We have 2 weeks (addendum in our counter offer) to find another home! So, I'll keep you posted! :]

Hooray! That stinks that I sold Tom and Angies house so fast! Hopefully you'll find a great house and a great deal!
